2. GENERAL RULES

2.1. A security camera is installed outside the apartment entrance and is used solely to verify the number of persons entering the apartment.
2.2. The apartment may only be used by registered guests.
2.3. For stays longer than 10 days, mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days. The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the initial cleaning before check-in.mandatory cleanings during the stay are additionally charged, equal to the standard cleaning fee, and must be paid by credit card before check-in.
2.4. The unit is rented on a monthly basis, with a mandatory lease agreement.
